When and where did you start dancing? As it is custom in Germany I started dancing at the age of 14 in a dance school for Ballroom and Latin. Girls were very eager as this was usually the first opportunity to meet boys. Boys started slightly later and in my case had I known….

What is your worst fear? To let somebody down

What is your earliest memory? Sharing Kinderschokolade with our cocker spaniel through the railing of my children’s room aged 3

Which celebrity do you/ did you have a crush on? Did I mention Robert Sean Leonard already?

What makes you unhappy? Not achieving what I set myself as a goal

What's your greatest achievement? I am proud to have built a life everywhere I settled so far especially abroad in London

If you were an animal which one would you be? A dog – isn’t there anything less loyal and sensible

What's the worst job you have done? Cleaning stinking mud out of a cooling tower at the age of 14 during a summer holiday job

What would you save from a fire? My diaries from the last twenty years; I hope to re-read them at some point in my life, or better not?

If you could travel back in time which era would you go to and why? Late 16th century to the early 18th century for the opulence of the Baroque wardrobe even for men and its architecture. I would have to be a noble men obviously to enjoy all that and not a poor peasant.
